Newly Qualified Social Worker – Adults

NEWLY QUALIFIED SOCIAL WORKER- ADULTS – Cambridgeshire

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Newly Qualified Social worker based in Cambridgeshire.

This is an exciting job role and responsibilities in the role include:
*Holding a caseload of older people
*Leading and investigating adult safeguarding concerns
*Constructing care plans and packages to meet the needs of service users and carers
*Purchasing services to meet assessed needs, seeking the appropriate authorisation from the budget holder
*To carry out needs led assessments of adult within the guidelines of Community Care Act
*Care managing complex cases including Safeguarding Adults and Deprivation of Liberty
This role currently operates on a full time basis in a 3 month contract with a strong possibility of extension and offers flexible hours and an excellent rate of pay.
Essential requirements for this role include:
*Must be a Fully Qualified Social Worker
*Must be HCPC registered
*Must be a car Driver
