We’ve all been there – struggling with an app, website, or service that just won’t cooperate. It’s frustrating at best and dehumanizing at worst. That’s why I became a user experience designer, and my mission is to create experiences that never leave anyone feeling that way. I strive to design experiences that are not only easy, efficient, and enjoyable, but also empowering for everyone. With two years of experience as a UX designer, I’ve helped organizations of all sizes build lasting relationships with their users.

Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction Design, I’m thrilled to level up my skills and create even better experiences. Service design is my passion, and I believe that a good experience goes beyond an attractive and easy-to-use interface. By considering both the organization’s goals and the user’s end-to-end journey, I design experiences that delight both stakeholders and users alike. Through close collaboration with stakeholders, I identify pain points, understand user behavior, and design solutions that ease through usability, please through aesthetics, and satisfy through value.

When I’m not working, you might find me ranting about frustrating app experiences or going on tangents about topics ranging from existential philosophy to storytelling across various mediums like films, novels, or video games. I’m also a science fiction enthusiast who loves to dream up ideas for futuristic worlds. Clearly not a sports or drinks person, but this introvert is always up for a good conversation.
