Candidates are not required to have any experience working in the sector but should be confident, outgoing, and driven in progressing throughout your career.
Joining as the newest member of the team, you will be responsible for attracting candidates, searching for suitable roles within your market sector, building relationships with new and existing clients, guiding candidates through the interview process, creating adverts and marketing material and inputting into fee negotiations.
