IT Permanent Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year

Talenterprize Ltd, part of the Ellis Recruitment Group, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant, to join our expanding Oracle Applications Team.

We have an established Client base which provides repeat business; however, we look for Consultants that can expand our client base and also bring on their own clients. A good mix of skills both on business development and candidate resourcing is required. You will also be required to develop relationships with the other divisions within the Ellis Recruitment Group, in a collaborative approach to generate business from new and existing clients.

Our Oracle division is expanding, and this represents an ideal opportunity for someone to join us and build their business. We would expect this Person to develop their business to a point where they can bring on their own Resourcing team in time.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

* Source Oracle Cloud and eBusiness Suite End User Clients & Consultancies to partner with.

* Build solid relationships with recruiting authorities.

* Work to understand the Oracle products and where they sit within an organisation.

* Speaking with candidates and managing their full lifecycle experience.

* Sourcing candidates and clients through a variety of different sources.

* Keeping in touch with clients regularly, to understanding their projects and bring on relevant requirements.

* Attending relevant seminars and Oracle user groups.

* Working to agreed monthly targets.

* Reporting to line management.

Key Skills needed:

* Experience within an IT Recruitment Agency, in either Contract or Permanent recruitment.

* Experience in generating your own requirements and managing existing Clients.

* Good communication skills and strong candidate management skills.

* Proactive and problem-solving attitude.

* Strong team player.

* Experience using recruitment CRM systems.

* Results-driven with a will to succeed using initiative and ‘out of the box’ thinking.

* Strong planning, administration, presentation, and organisational skills.

* Ability to manage your own time.

* Excellent written and verbal English.

* Able to work at a senior level.
