Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing

NVQ Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing

Level 3:

Certificate in Principles of Recruitment Practice

NVQ Diploma in Recruitment (DipRP)

Recruitment Consultant Standard

Working standard office hours, you will receive study leave of 1 day every week together with on-the-job training, leading to a permanent full-time contract within the team.

You will receive full training across a wide range of business skills which will equip you well for the future. Receiving both on the job practical training and off the job academic learning via study leave of 1 day every week, you will work initially in a Resourcing capacity where you will be involved in the attraction, assessing, and supporting of work seekers. Once fully qualified at this level you will have the opportunity to develop further in a trainee Consultant role, which incorporates responsibility for Client sales and service.

We are a long-standing Recruitment Consultancy specialising in Manufacturing, Engineering and Warehousing Operations, based in Newcastle upon Tyne, and are seeking a confident, outgoing, ambitious, and eager to learn individual. The role includes advertising vacancies, interacting with clients and candidates, face to face meetings and carrying out compliance checks. You will gain your level 3 Recruitment Consultant qualification and an early start will be offered to the right candidate.

We recruit for a variety of different roles within our chosen sectors and are focused on delivering service and integrity with knowledge and delivery leading to happy clients and job seekers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls, emails, and text messages.
• Interviewing candidates by phone, video, and face to face
• Working with an online CRM and Candidate Database system
• Matching candidates to job roles

• Writing job adverts
• Finding candidates through database searches and social media
• Seeing the recruitment process through to offer stage
• Handling a range of administration duties including processing weekly timesheets
• Dealing politely and efficiently with Candidate and Client enquiries
• Other duties as may be required

Requirements and prospects

• GCSE Maths and English grade C minimum
