Salary: £26,000 – £48,000 per year

Optima Site Solutions is a specialist recruitment business established in 2002 and delivers construction recruitment solutions to 15 sectors from 5 locations across the UK. We are growing our sales force in all locations and are currently looking to hire recruitment professionals within our Hampton head office

As a recruitment consultant your responsibilities will include:

* Establishing and developing long-term relationships with clients, understanding what they need to grow their business and how you can assist in this

* Understanding candidates needs and supporting them in their search for employment

* Ensuring you keep up to date with the recruitment market and industry developments

* Being determined to succeed within Optima Site Solutions

Successful applicants will require the following;

* a minimum of 3 years previous recruitment experience

* a demonstrable sales track record of billing within a professional market place

* a ‘can do’ attitude

* excellent communication skills

* the ability to work to deadlines and thrive under pressure
