Accounting Apprentice

My client is a UK Leader within the sales and distribution field, they now have a full time permanent position for an accounting apprentice.

Working from the site just outside of Hinckley, the successful candidate will report into the Finance Manager, gaining experience across all areas of accountancy within a commercial environment.

• Creation of reports using SAP and extraction of data
• Detailed reporting and analysis using MS Excel and reporting tools
• Looking into discrepancies and giving commentary to finance manager and business leaders
• Assist with general finance duties

Applicants will ideally have previous accounting experience and be interested in studying towards AAT if not already doing so.

You must have a good level of IT Literacy coupled with a keen eye for detail and ability to work to deadlines.

This is a excellent entry level position into accountancy and would ideally suit a candidate looking to build a long term career in Commercial Finance / Financial Planning and Analysis.
