Sales Development Representative

Salary: £26,400 per year

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Development Representative to research, identify and engage new prospects for our North East based client. The Sales Development Representative will work closely with the Sales Executives and will be involved in the sales process through to booking demonstration meetings. Working with one of the largest providers in their sector, this is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated sales team of 5 in a friendly office environment. A competitive salary up to £26,400plus benefits package will be offered to the successful Sales Development Representative candidate.

The ideal candidate will have great interpersonal skills, excellent writing skills and a good telephone manner. Likely to come from a customer service background with a good knowledge of the MS office suite, the Sales Development Representative will be a strong team player able to relate to stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities for the Sales Development Representative role:

• Sales process from developing new leads through to booking demonstration appointments
• Effective us of phone, email and social media
• Respond to inbound enquiries and qualify interest
• Research new markets and understand customer needs
• Maintain CRM system and updating sales pipeline
• Working closely with sales Executive towards achieving company goals and sales targets
