Production Operatives

Position: Manufacturing / Production operatives

Shift: Mon – Fri 8.30 am – 5:00 (overtimes available)

Salary: £26,000per year( After the completion of 12 weeks the rate of pay will increase to £26,000 per yearour)

Benefits: 28 days Holiday, overtimes (T1.25 and T1.5) Onsite parking, central location – easy access via car & bus routes.

Job Description

One of our prestigious manufacturing client urgently require an experienced Manufacturing operatives to work at their busy Kirkby-in-Ashfield site.

This will become a full time position for the right candidate.#

The successful candidate will be required to:

Select fabric as per work order and inspect for quality
Make and ticket fabric sample books
Be flexible to work in different areas of production
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Excellent hand-eye coordination
Ability to make accurate measurements and calculate numbers
Strong attention to detail
Ability to stand for working hours
Capable of reading and comprehending text and numbers,
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Proactive and reactive with their approach to work
