An opportunity has arisen to start in January in the Manchester area for a number of teaching assistants to work in a specialist complex needs provision.

We are looking for teaching assistant who have experience working with Behavioural, 1-2-1, ADHD, autism, physical disabilities and speech and language or support workers who have genuine passion to help support children with additional needs.

To join the QT team and be successful in the role of teaching assistant you will need to have:

*experience or working knowledge on supporting children with complex needs
*SEN experience
*Have effective behavioural and classroom management
*Want to commit to a long term supply contract
*Be able to build and develop professional relationships with both school staff and students across multiple schools.
