Inside Sales / Sales Support – Freight Forwarding

Salary: £48,000 per year

My client, a global freight forwarder, is looking for Sales Support for it’s office based in Colnbrook.

Role: Sales Support/Inside Sales/Internal Sales/Sale Co-ordinator

Location: Colnbrook/Heathrow

Salary: Up to £40k including bonus plus 3 x life assurance

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting into the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for:

• CRM Management and reporting.
• Brittania telesales management and reporting.
• Social Media feeds 
• Compile quotations.
• Setting appointments for the team.
• Spreadsheet work / freight calculators.
• Sending out presentations.
• Putting together presentations.
• Mail shots.
• Sourcing and cleaning data.
• Follow up on quotes / proposals.
• Complete Supplier Approval docs.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience within the freight industry
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar commercial role
• IT proficient
• First class communication skills – verbal and written
• Well presented
• Strong team player
• Hardworking and committed
