Newly Qualified Adult Social Worker

Ashberry Recruitment are seeking a number of newly qualified HCPC registered Social Workers for fixed term contracts, to work within Adult Services Departments across a variety of Local Authorities and Councils across the Yorkshire area.

We are looking for candidates who have recently undertaken their final university placement within an Adults Statutory Team/Setting.

Experience of carrying caseloads, including or co-working complex cases, great organisational, written and verbal skills are all desirable.

Candidates should be fully registered with the HCPC or currently going through the HCPC registration process. Hold a current, portable enhanced DBS, or be willing to apply for one. Hold a full UK driving licence, have access to their own motor vehicle and be willing to have business insurance in place.

Rates of pay will depend upon local authority and role.

We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates who have recent statutory placement experience within Community Mental Health Teams, Complex Care and Treatment Teams, Learning Disabilities Teams, Hospital or Discharge Teams, Intervention Teams, Safeguarding or Vulnerable Adult Teams
