Care Coordinator

We are working on behalf of a leading national care at home provider. They are looking for a Care Co-ordinator to join their service in Uxbridge. This is an existing and growing business and ideally, they are looking for someone who has experience of the home care/domiciliary market.
Either way, your CV will demonstrate your ability to juggle several demanding tasks at one time, whilst remaining calm and providing a fabulous service. Above all, it is imperative to have the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

To ensure all care packages are covered with the appropriate care worker in a timely manner at all times. To liaise with the care manager to ensure adequate cover for all existing and new packages to ensure the smooth running of the care service. To assist the director in the management of costs by ensuring runs and working patterns are efficient and logical.

You will have:
Excellent communication and IT skills
An eye for detail
Ability to work on your own or as part of a team
Work well under pressure and be able to handle stressful situations
Local area knowledge

Any experience with staffing software would an advantage. This is a full time, permanent position, with some on call duties required. If you do not have experience in this particular type of role, your CV must show a stable previous work background. In return, the company are looking to Salary: £26,000per year.
