Sales Development Manager

THE ROLE

This is an important role which has been newly created to support the Head of Business Development.

You will have a proven track record in sales management and leadership and have the ability to inspire, motivate and drive the team to meet individual and group targets. You will be a key member of the management team so must have experience of reporting on KPIs, targets and strategy both to the rest of the management team and cascading this to the sales team.

You will be heavily involved in devising marketing strategies with the Marketing and Design team in order to deliver against sales budgets and deliver the brand and the product to as wide an audience as possible.

You must be a confident and strong individual to succeed in this role.

Experience within the Technology/IT industry is preferable but not essential, however you must have experience selling and managing sales teams within a Reseller or Distribution channel.

THE CANDIDATE

– You must have vast experience managing and motivating a sales force and have the right approach to get the best out of your team.

– Strong commercial acumen with experience of working collaboratively with Marketing teams to target specific markets in order to meet sales growth targets.
– You must be a confident and strong individual to succeed in this role.
