Personal Injury Paralegal – Bury, North West
Salary: Based on Experience

Your Job

In this role as a personal injury paralegal, you will help conduct a mixed caseload of litigated RTA / EL / PL personal injury claims to conclusion as a valued member of the litigation department. This will mean that you must have some knowledge of fast track and multi track claim and also be familiar with the MOJ processes.

Some of the duties involve:

* handling your own fast track cases under supervision
* assisting with the drafting statements and pleadings
* preparing trial bundles for fast track and multi track cases (guidance provided)
* answering client correspondence and enquiries
* negotiating settlements

Job requirements:

You will be required to have the following knowledge, skills and experience:

* Some knowledge of Fast Track and Multi Track processes
* 1 year or more experience of working with personal injury claims

Desirable experience for this role:

* Preferably a degree in law (although good prior work experience in a personal injury department may mean that a degree is not essential)
