Statistician/Data Analyst

Liga Recruitment are working on behalf of a company based in Bridgend who are looking to recruit a Statistician/ data analyst on a permanent basis. The purpose of the role will be to extract and analyse product performance data, design methods for reporting results and drive to an evidence based decision making culture.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain, monitor and report on the quality and subsequent reliability of the product
• Developing efficient data collection methods in collaboration with the requirements of each department
• Support key improvement initiatives in order to achieve company business objectives
• Liaise with other departments to help assist in coordination of improvement projects.
• Undertake any other specific tasks as outlined

Requirements:
• Educated to degree level in Mathematics
• Experience within an data analysis role and of working within a quality audited system
• Evidence of developing efficient data collection methods
• Strong attention to detail and detailed problem solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills with good time management

Desirable
• Additional qualifications to support data management role
• Experience of working in the Medical Device / Manufacturing sector
• French, German and other languages
