Services Buyer/ Sourcing Executive
Hatfield
To £25,000 + bonus
An exciting opportunity to be responsible for delivering cost savings and consolidate spend for our client.
Working within a very busy department, you will be responsible for the placing purchase orders with suppliers whilst identifying and developing sourcing strategy that contributes to profitability. Responsible for negotiating improved rebate rates and smart deals, you will manage the relationship and performance of key suppliers in order that they deliver the best in class service.
Responsible for a £multi-million spend, you will have outstanding negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills and have at least one years buying/procurement experience from a commercial IT environment. Highly motivated and pro-active, you will have an analytical approach and be commercially savvy. Excellent MS Excel skills essential, SAP experience desirable.
