Operations Compliance Manager FM

My client is a large Facilities Management Company who have an urgent requirement for an Operations / Compliance Manager.

Essential Qualifications:
-Individual should have completed or be willing to working towards the completion of any relevant professional qualifications considered necessary by senior management.
-Broad base of FM/Technical services knowledge.
-Good understanding of Health & Safety and statutory compliance.

Desirable
-Technical qualification in electrical/mechanical engineering or membership of such as the RICS
-Membership of BIFM
-IOSH or NEBOSH certification
-Current Full Driving Licence Essential

The ideal candidate will have either an electrical or Mechanical qualification and will have a background in contracts management within FM.

Role:
To provide support on all aspects of Hard & soft Facilities management to PPP Client, PPP Managers and their service teams, visitors and property at all buildings, sites and locations under PPP Division control.

Provide Estate Management and excellent customer service and ensure the estate meets all statutory requirements, minimising the risk of penalties and /or ‘unavailability’ of the service within sites at all times

To support the delivery of services so to ensure that the required level of contractual customer service is provided and ensuring business targets and objectives are achieved.

To provide Compliance Audits and reports on premises and activities to ensure compliance with statute, British Standards and other standards as may apply to Schools, Health premises or other offices and / or public access buildings.

Advise on any compliance issues and assist service teams in meeting the requirements. Work with clients audit teams to ensure compliance.
Negotiate and manage national supplier contracts to the benefit of the PPP Division

This is a national role so a full clean driving licence is required.

Salary £54,000 – £66,000
