HRIS Data Analyst – 12 month fixed-term contract – Home Based

A HRIS Data Analyst (Home Based) is required to join our industry leading client who are based in the London area. They are looking to attract a HRIS Data Analyst with 3 years’ commercial experience to join their HRIS focussed team paying £36,000 – £42,000 per year.

Skills and Experience:
• Demonstrable experience of working in Data Analytics within an HR function
• Experience with data management tools and HR database systems
• Excellent IT skills in the following: MS Outlook, MS Word, Access, MS SharePoint and Advanced Excel
• Any experience of Business Objects and providing accurate meaningful data analysis would be a bonus

Role and Responsibilities:
You will support the maintenance, development and delivery of HR management information solutions that support our client’s effective planning and decision making processes; whilst helping to maintain the integrity of the HR database and provide management data in a timely fashion.
• Develop HR analytics tools in order the inform decision making in key areas of our employee management
• Interpret research and HR data in a quantitative and qualitative process to assist and inform the Legion management to support decision making
• Take ownership of monthly reporting, produce standard and ad hoc report requests as required, on request or as directed
• Provide data to external statistical and legislative agencies, as required with particular reference to statutory reporting
• Develop and maintain a dashboard/scorecard in conjunction with HR Systems and Information Manager
• Support the development of standards and best practices within the HR team, delivering improvements in Management Information which improve the efficiency of the data
• Prepare recommendations on the preparation of data and any system changes that may be required
• Liaise with systems providers to resolve system data queries and support system upgrades
