HR Data Analyst – Entry Level Position

This position would suit a recent Graduate or an individual that wishes to start their career.
An opportunity has been identified for a HR Data Analyst, you must also be a cautious and questioning individual able to ascertain and verify the reliability of the data source, ensuring that our clients are only provided with genuine information. Furthermore, you must be able to scrutinize the received information and identify any missing information and discrepancies, chasing up any further details required. You will also undertake any other responsibilities depending on the requirements of the business.

Role Overview:

Accurately and thoroughly transfer data from uploaded files
Ensure that all data is in accordance with client policy
Detect missing information in candidate information and any discrepancies, and chase up any further data required
Ensure that all transferred data is typed and presented accurately and neatly, paying close attention to grammar, punctuation and spelling
Process Criminal and DVLA checks
Record accurate notes pertaining to the processing of data

Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
Methodical, systematic and thorough approach
Ability to analyse and detect discrepancies in data
Excellent organisation skills
Excellent English language written skills
