Smart Metering Technician

Anderson Knight is looking for Metering Technicians for positions in London (London allowance), South Coast, Brighton and Cornwall.

Duties & Responsibilities:
•In accordance with the industry code of practices to carry out the installation and exchange of Non Domestic Gas Metering Systems of all sizes.
•Liaise with the Managers to complete survey work as required.
•Liaise with clients regarding survey work.
•Complete non-domestic surveys within the required timescales
•Complete project work surveys as required by the client
•Complete pre work surveys of planned work

Skills & Experience:
•Relevant sector experience.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•Self motivated but can equally function as part of a team.
•You possess initiative and excellent problem solving skills.
•Excellent time management skills, working to deadlines and possessing the ability to prioritise tasks and objectives.
•General IT literacy (Microsoft Office)
•Function as part of a team as well as work on own initiative
•Ability to meet and achieve tight internal and external deadlines

Essential Qualifications:
•COCN1 (or CCN1 & X over CODNCO1), CMA1, ESP1, ICPN1, TCPC1, CMET,REGT2

•Demonstrate a good understanding of H&SE and Quality Systems.

Desirable Qualifications:
•Good Knowledge & use of Microsoft packages.
•SHEA (GAS)
•CSCS Card
•CMIT1
