Panel and Machine Wireman

The successful candidate will be responsible for wiring electrical control panels and equipment in our workshops, usually incorporating PLC, CNC or PC based controllers together with AC servo drives and inverter motor controllers.

All Control panels will be built to CAD drawings produced by our electrical designers.

There will be a reasonable amount of work on customers premises installing control panels and wiring machinery, robots and equipment which will include some periods working away from home. There will also be opportunities for international travel, mainly to North America, Mexico, Canada and Europe to carry out installation and commissioning activities. These overseas trips are usually limited to a maximum of 2-3 weeks in duration.
