Full-time or Part-TimeEmpowering learning is recruiting Cover Supervisors to work with Secondary pupils based in Enfield. The school is seeking Cover Supervisors to oversee pupil’s studying when the class teacher is unavailable due to courses, trips, sickness or other absence. The ideal candidate must feel comfortable dealing with challenging behaviour with excellent behaviour management skills and the ability to direct the pupils and use their creativity to make lessons engaging.
Job Responsibilities
Supervising pupil’s behaviour and the classroom
Support pupils learning and development up to GCSE level
Ability to engage pupils in different subjects

Comfortable supporting pupils with various Learning abilities
Able to stay calm and de-escalate Challenging Behaviour
GCSE level with a minimum of Grade C in English and Maths
Strong behaviour management skills
