Electrical Manager

My client a multidisciplinary Design & Build main contractor operating in the high rise residential, luxury hotel and commercial space is currently seeking a Electrical Manager for one of their London sites.

The Electrical Manager must have hotel experience or high level residential experience.

Managing Subcontractors
– make sure the work is carried out as per the programme sequence;

– monitor labour requirements;

– continuous quality monitoring – QA checks;

– assessment of subcontractors’ suitability;

– progress meetings

Design
– review drawings

– order materials

– issue reviewed design drawings to subcontractors

– coordinate architects drawings with M&E drawings

– liaise with the designers

Budget
– manage the spend of the budget

– report progress to QS
