Salary: Negotiable based upon your experience

The Company:

A high profile tier one supplier & consultancy within the automotive industry, providing a range of services to the OEM, high-end OEM, ‘Supercar’, and commercial motorsport sectors, among others. They deal in the full design and development of high quality components and systems used across the automotive spectrum, from simple hinges, through to full mechatronic systems and wings for motorsport applications… As well as a multitude of other exciting applications.

The Role:

You will report to the Assistant General Manager and have responsibility for the management and supervision of a team of technicians assembling, testing, installing and developing our client`s range of race winning motorsport components. You will be responsible for reviewing customer drawings and specification sheets to ensure the proper manufacturing of prototypes.

What you need to have

– Investigation & troubleshooting for quality concerns, via control plans, gauge instructions and visual aids.
– Strong technical and organisational skills.
– Experience working with motorsports teams utilizing various types of similar technologies/components.
– Five years experience in a similar or related position
– A University or College diploma
– The drive to reach challenging goals
– Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills
– Willingness to travel internationally
– Experience of suspension products
– Literate in computer production reporting systems and CAD
– Eligible to work in the UK

You need to be a self motivated, dynamic and personable character, with a conscientious attitude.
