Salary: £45,600 per year
Sous Chef or Chef de Partie required for a hotel located in Brighton. This role is available on an immediate start basis and can offer full time hours, basic pay, plus share of the service charge and a bonus opportunity. Live out only.
As Sous Chef or as Chef de Partie, you will be supporting the Head Chef and team by ensuring the team deliver the brand standards in a smooth and consistent manner, assisting to develop the team beneath you. Excellent opportunities for career development, training and progression within this group.
As Sous Chef or as Chef de Partie, candidates require a good all round back ground to include:
- Good kitchen management, stock control and food hygiene control are essential.
- Experience of catering for Restaurant, Private dining / functions and Afternoon Tea service.
- Supporting the Head Chef within the kitchen team and with menus.
The salary for this opportunity of Sous Chef – Chef de Partie is given as up to £45,600 / per annum / including a share of the service charge and bonus. Live out only.
