THE CLIENT

A well established and successful niche recruitment agency placing specialist candidates into the Sports and Entertainment sector from Junior level to Director level.

They partner with some of the world’s most recognised organisations from Premier League Football Clubs to Media Broadcasters and Global Television Networks including the BBC.

Due to the opening of an office in the North of England, an opportunity has arisen for a Consultant with a passion for Sports to cover the North of England based from a Leeds location.

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for building relationships with Football Clubs, Rugby Clubs and other sporting organisations throughout the North of England. You will be placing candidates who may partake in Sales on behalf of a Football Club through to Senior Level candidates who are responsible for negotiating sponsorship deals. You will be dealing with large Clubs such as Liverpool, Manchester United as well as the smaller Football and Rugby Clubs.

There is a huge scope and potential to earn a significant amount of money as there are no other agencies covering this location at the present time.
You will attend corporate hospitality events and the company has a box at Wembley where you will attend and take Clients.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Must current experience as a Recruitment Consultant with an excellent and proven track record of success

Be happy conversing with candidates and clients at a Senior Level both over the phone and face to face

Must have an interest in Sports to be able to talk about current affairs and have credibility in the industry

Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work autonomously without being micro-managed
