You will be a superb communicator, have common sense, great at using your initiative, a wicked delegator and fabulous operations and service delivery professional!

We want someone to assist the Head of Service Delivery. Innovate, improve and delivery outstanding customer experience post sales, from an operational point of view.

You will work in a small team to begin with, delegating and following progress with outstanding tasks and duties that the Project Ops coordinators will be challenged with.

What do we need? A Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery process for every venue sign-up. A highly-organised and energised professional who can keep other members of the project team on-track to deliver efficiently for our venues. Who are we looking for? Our ideal person for this role will be someone who is an excellent communicator and has experience delivering complex cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment. Our Project Managers need to be resilient and able to lead teams, navigate obstacles that arise during the onboarding process, and successfully close projects to hand over operational clients to Account Management for ongoing support.

We are looking for someone with 2+ years in project management from an operational and service business and YOU will grow into the full role through 2022!

The Role Responsibilities Project Planning and Management:

● Define project scope and schedule for assigned projects in line with Client Operations Team principles and processes to successfully onboard new clients while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value

● Assigning work to team members, ensuring deliverables and deadlines are clear.

● Managing stakeholder communications – serve as the point of contact for clients (during onboarding) and all internal touch points.

● Supporting the Head of Global Client Operations to implement an effective system of project governance.

● Organise and lead project status and working meetings.

● Prepare and distribute progress reports, ensuring internal and external stakeholders receive adequate communication.

● Manage risks and obstacles and correct deviations from plans. Client Operations Team Support and Oversight

● Assist in team development, ensuring proper focus and prioritisation of projects. 1

● Empower the team and help to ensure all junior team members are engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution by providing guidance and support to Project Support Officers and other junior team members.

● Encourage a sustainable pace with high-levels of quality within the team.

● Remove roadblocks and bottlenecks internally and externally.

● Leverage organisational resources to improve capacity for project work.

This is a junior / mid-level role where attitude and some Ops Service and Pm experience is good (2+years) – We want you to grow into the full role but be able to use initiative and common sense to help define this team!
