Fulfilment Operator Order Picker

Salary: £26,000 per year

Kelburn Recruitment are currently looking for an immediately available Fulfilment Operator / Order Picker to join their team on a temporary/ongoing basis with a possibility to go permanent for the right candidate. They distribute niche products globally and as a result of growth now need to bring a new operative into their team.

The Fulfilment Operator / Order Picker Role:

With an overall responsibility for ensuring that sales orders are picked, packed and processed on time, the key task will include:

*Ensuring that orders are promptly and accurately picked based on the shipping orders provided.

*Performing quality checks to ensure that there are no defect with orders.

*Packing and labelling of all completed orders in preparation for despatch.

*Assisting with any other warehouse tasks that me need completing i.e. assembling of boxes,

The Successful Fulfilment Operator / Order Picker Candidate:

Along with previous experience of working within a similar warehouse role, we are ideally looking for applicants with the following:

*Experienced in the use of label makers, barcode scanners and scales.

*IT literate, with a good knowledge of Microsoft Word.

*A good standard of education.
