Senior Recruitment Consultant – Education

Basic salary up to £36,000+ bonus and benefits

An opportunity is now open to join a multi-award winning education specialist who hold an excellent marketplace reputation and solid working database. Based in Newcastle city centre our client have over 20 years’ experience delivering recruitment services and are already a key supplier to a number of public sector bodies throughout the UK.

The position of Senior Recruitment Consultant will cover the secondary education desk. With a catalogue of warm clients, the chosen Senior Recruitment Consultant will be tasked with client management and development, ensuring that existing or lapsed relationships are maintained and new business avenues are identified and converted.

The Senior Recruitment Consultant will work alongside the existing branch team to full short and long term education bookings and register candidates alongside their client development activities. Working on a shift pattern reflecting school opening hours the consultant will be privy to shorter working hours during school holidays, and will be provided with additional day’s annual leave to take during term time.

This position will suit an experienced Recruitment Consultant with at least 12 month’s experience recruiting within the education sector (this can be secondary, primary, FE or SEN) and at least 24 years industry experience. The chosen consultant will be motivated by success and have ambitions to further their career within an industry leader.
