• £20,000 base, £35,000 1st Year OTE – Uncapped Earnings
• Inbound Sales or Pre-qualified leads only
• No evenings or weekends

Our client, a niche property consultancy, requires 2 talented sales people to join their expanding team. The roles are based in South Manchester within a successful team. The roles are telephone based and as a result are standard office hours with no weekends involved so if you are currently in an estate agency role but looking to get your weekends back, this could be your perfect move.

The roles require a consultative sales approach – lots of fact finding, ascertaining market values of properties, trends in buying patterns, etc and an empathetic yet persuasive sales approach. This is a completely warm sales environment, where you will either be converting incoming calls or dealing with leads which have come via the website and been pre-qualified by another team. As such, there is less prospects involved and no cold calling, therefore you can concentrate on earning commissions.

An ideal background would be someone from a targeted telesales environment with a proven track record. You must have strong communication and negotiation skills as well as being a good relationship builder. Any previous experience in the property market (Estate Agent, Lettings Agent, etc) or finance would be a benefit.
