Salary: £26,000 per year
We are looking for care assistants to work in our prestigious and busy care home located in Wimborne, Dorset.
THE ROLE:
Personal care (washing / dressing / feeding), participating in their daily activities
Build strong and meaningful relationships with the residents and assist them in their activities.
Prior experience is preferred. Good communication skills essential.
Details:
– Approx 60 bed care home
– £26,000per year salary
– 40 hours per week with regular overtime available
– weekend work is required
– flexibility to work shift patterns
Experience is very helpful but the most important thing is good communication and an empathy with caring for older people.
Due to the remote location it is essential to have your own transportation as there are no public transport.
