Location: Stafford / Staffordshire / West Midlands
Salary: £26,000per year

Job role

Due to the complexity of this role the successful candidate will be extremely well organised and process orientated. You will be able to control and maximise service bookings, interpreting the customer’s requirements in a courteous and efficient manner

You must have the ability to upsell other products and services and be able to negotiate where necessary.

You will need to have motor dealership experience with the ability to load the workshop efficiently each day to maximise the available Technician hours and other resources.

You must be computer literate, preferably with the ability to use all appropriate modules of Kerridge DMS. You will have excellent telephone and communication skills, be adaptable and a good listener.
