Warehouse Team Manager – Nights
Salary £43,519.2 + £ 6,649 shift allowance
Reading – Any 5 out 7 nights, 6pm start onwards
9hrs per shift, 45hrs /week

We are currently looking for a talented and results driven Warehouse Team Manager for our Client’s Reading Depot

The role:
• Communication of KPI’s to the team
• Plan and schedule the shift’s work, assigning activities to the team
• Hold start of shift huddles
• Team motivation
• Ensure administration is completed and date captured in a timely and accurate fashion
• Work with Distribution/Customer services to assist in customer liaison
• Staff utilisation and rota planning
• Providing training and direction to team members were required
• Absence management
