Due to an exciting internal promotion, we are pleased to be opening up an excellent opportunity for a Registered Manager to join an award winning homecare franchise in Exeter.

As Registered Manager you will manage and lead the franchise, acting as the leading care professional for the business. Duties will include:
– Responsibility for CQC compliance
– Recruitment of staff and taking on new customers
– Quality assurance and audit
– Management of office team
– Budget and growth targets
– Staff training, retention and career pathways

You will be hugely supported in your role, benefitting from the help of HR, Accounts, Finance, Marketing, Admin and other teams, so you will have the time and freedom to concentrate on what is important in your own role – a welcome luxury for any manager who has ever felt stretched and pulled in all directions!

You will be joining an extremely successful branch, with a stable staff team and good retention, thriving business, good CQC ratings, and down-to-earth, approachable directors who will support you every step of the way.

To be successful in applying for this role you will ideally have at least 5 years experience in the care industry, including experience in a senior role as a Registered or Deputy Manager. You will hold, or be working towards, a QCF Level 5, and be a car driver.

Salary is between £31,200and £32,000 per year, dependent on qualifications and experience. Other benefits include:
