Facilities / Lettings Assistant (Evenings)

We are searching for a Facilities / Lettings assistant to join our clients team on a part-time basis in the Evenings from 5.30pm until 10.30pm (25 hours per week).

You will be required to work closely with the Facilities team on a daily basis ensuring all required duties are completed in an effective and time efficient manner.

Duties will include but are not limited to;
– Opening and locking of facilities ensuring building alarms and set etc.
– Setting up facilities in support of lettings bookings.
– Liaise with all visitors and staff confidently and efficiently.
– Some cleaning will be required assisting the cleaning team on a daily basis.
– Be aware of all policies and procedures within the organisation
– Deputise for the Lettings supervisor when absent.
– Comply with all company health and safety policies
