Are you tired of your daily commute? Or your current work schedule is not flexible enough for your requirements? An opportunity has risen for qualified MRICS surveyors with experience of commercial valuation to work from home. Our client are specialists within the licensed leisure sector, and they offer a very flexible working pattern, as well as a competitive commission scheme.

You will be working from home whilst also carrying out inspections and valuations across your geographical patch. The valuations that you will be undertaking will be mainly trading valuations/licensed & leisure valuations. This covers anything from pubs and bars, to holiday and caravan parks.

If you have a background within valuation and are MRICS qualified then this is an excellent opportunity to work from home. It will give you a great deal of flexibility, as well as autonomy.

There are current opportunities in Suffolk, Norfolk, Kent, and Buckinghamshire. If you live within these areas, or very close by then I would be very itnerested in having a conversation with you.
