Business Data / Information Analyst

Temporary On-going paying up to £18 per hour

Essential Skills:

Strong Excel skills, large consumer goods company background, familiar with analysing information / data (daily sales, pricing, competition analysis).

GFK, SAP BW, Access, statistical forecasting knowledge, good at making complex information simple in presentations both verbally and graphically, familiar with product marketing, European experience (culture knowledge).

Job Purpose:

Creation, delivery and interpretation of market sell out information across all brands, countries channels and company specific, sell-in, sell-through, inventory, orders, pricing and encompassing actual, forecasts and budgets.

Manage requests for internal / external product marketing information, creating innovative solutions for information in a variety of formats from numerous sources.

Responsibilities:

Responsibility for reporting internal and external information within particular Product Division. This covers sales, orders, inventory, orders, dealer sell through, pricing, competition and market trends etc.

Develop new approaches and systems to improve the collection, maintenance and reporting of data relating to external market conditions and internal company performance.

Support the business by providing information from multiple sources in a clear format for easy understanding and with high degree of urgency when necessary.

Support both forecasting and budget processes in particular Product Division in particular working co-operatively with Business Planning.
