Digital Marketing Executive

Salary: £36,000 – £48,000 per year

Newson Health is a Menopause and Wellbeing Centre based in Stratford-Upon-Avon.
Following significant growth, we are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join the team to manage, support and enhance our digital presence. The role will be responsible for all areas of digital marketing across different platforms covering the Newson Health Menopause and Wellbeing Centre, our not-for-profit organisations and the Balance Menopause support app.
Reporting to the Content Manager key responsibilities are to:
* Deliver high quality and timely information from a raw state through various social media platforms; including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn.
* Maintain associated websites and upload new content as it’s developed, including liaison with web developers when new sites are created.
* Oversee the podcast process and the creation and distribution of a variety of newsletters.
* Understand social media trends and how they can be used to promote Newson Health and engage with clients and healthcare professionals alike.
* Use your expertise and intuition to bring forward, create and publish new ideas / and campaigns.
* Monitor and maximise performance across all digital marketing platforms. Providing reports and MI on the growth, engagement and conversion rates from social media activity.
* Create high quality images, social media artwork and copy creations, including editing, uploading of film or audio files and creating subtitles.
* Respond to comments and client queries in a timely manner and identifying opportunities across the range of businesses to the appropriate business / clinic lead.
* Additional requests may include the opportunity to plan and co-ordinate virtual events, webinars, seminars and exhibitions, and work closely with other media and web companies.
Skills and Experience
* At least 3 years’ experience of digital marketing management.
* Pragmatic experience of working with web cms editors, Hootsuite, Mailchimp and Podbean.
* Knowledge of basic SEO and ability to track metrics and maximise clicks.
* Capable of using new systems, software and IT processes.
* Strong attention to detail with planning and spreadsheet skills that are second to none.
* Excellent written skills, ensuring that all content is accurate and proof-read.
* Experience of events and customer-facing roles.
* A good communicator at all levels, with the ability to multitask and work at pace whilst maintaining a relentless focus on quality.
