Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Qs

My client is a medium sized highly successful building maintenance and refurbishment contractor with multiple contracts across the lower half of the country.
They are keen to employ an academically qualified (POST GRAD) Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Junior level QS to run several ‘jobs’ from £30k- £100k simultaneously throughout the Southern Home Counties.
To be considered, applicants must have/be:
• Driver with a full license
• Be a qualified Quantity Surveyor
• Have at least 2 years hands-on experience working for a building maintenance and refurbishment contractor (FM and small works)
• Have strong commercial acumen
• Be presentable and confident in front of clients
• Be able to price jobs and write specifications
• Be willing to travel between branches within M25 and close surrounding areas
