Bright Selection are proud to be supporting a leading, luxury care provider of elderly care within one of their prestigious care homes in Southampton.

Our client, a recognised Dementia Champion is seeking an experienced candidate within the elderly care sector to join their 5* luxury home and manage the Dementia wing. You will be responsible for day to day management of the staff team within the wing including supervisions, recruitment and training, you will co-ordinate care plans and carry out assessments for potential clients in the community. As the Dementia Lead you will need to have upto date knowledge of the KLOE standards and confidentially liaise with relatives, commissioners, MDT’s & CQC when appropriate.

You will need your Level 3 in Health & Social Care and be willing to work towards your Level 5 once in post, you will have extensive knowledge of Dementia Care and a full, clean driving license.
