Our industry leading client is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Senior Network/Fibre Capacity Planner. This varied role combines project management, networking, routing knowledge and a solid background in Fibre. You will be a solid communicator who has exposure to dealing with vendor,s, 3rd parties and has strong line capacity experience.

The role of a Network Capacity Planner is to ensure continuous network performance for customers by tracking, planning and implementing capacity requirements for my client’s IP network and Peering requirements.

Essentially this busy high-profile role will be ensuring customer capacity, demand and deadlines are met. The Fibre Capacity Project Manager will be managing the data centre portfolio, including documentation, future requirements and equipment needs.

The key to success in this varied and busy Network Capacity planning role is:

– Strong Fibre knowledge
– Solid functional networking experience
– Good peering exposure
– Ability to manage capacity in relation to lines, fibre and networks (ordering lines, capacity planning, etc)
– vendor and 3rd party relationship building/management
