Lead Publisher / Presentation Specialist

My client is a Globally established Brand Deployment agency, they are currently looking for a Lead Publisher / Presentation specialist to work onsite with a Financial client in the EC2N area of London.

Role Responsibilities

• Produce high quality pitch books, using Word and PowerPoint templated, using information supplied by client teams
• Supporting the Front Desk team with administration duties, which may include: Managing job-related activities, answering the telephone, supporting new joiners throughout their probation period and assisting in their training.
• Provide support with the management of all documents, regarding deadlines and quality
• Supporting the team leader where necessary and Global Workflow with the management of the ongoing workload from the point of arrival through to delivery to the client

Experience and Skills Required

• Workflow / trafficking experience
• Excellent typing skills
• Advanced level skills in PowerPoint, Word (including the creation of documents with charts) and Excel
• Outstanding customer service and organisational abilities
• Great attention to detail – accuracy is essential
• The ability to speak a second language in: Spanish, Italian, German, French, Dutch or Russian would be highly desirable but is not essential.
