Location – Swindon, Wiltshire

Duration: up to two year contract

Shifts:

2 shift pattern – rotating on a weekly basis: Early shift: 05:45am – 02:45pm & late shift: 3pm – 12:00am
3 shift pattern – rotating on a weekly basis: Early shift: 06:00am – 2:00pm & late shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm & night shift: 10:00pm – 06:00am

Working 37 hours a week with overtime depending on business needs (sometimes compulsory, although notice will be given).

£26,000 – £33,345for days to £21.38 for Sunday overtime with various other Salary: s between depending on shift

Attendance Bonus of £26,000 – £33,345 per year subject to perfect attendance

As a General Associate, you will be an important part of a large and growing team working within one of the foremost advanced automotive manufacturing companies in the UK, working on a moving track in a fast-paced and often physically demanding manufacturing environment.
You may be required to work in various areas for the manufacturing facility with tasks ranging from component manufacturing to final assembly or quality assurance.

You will be required to:

* Demonstrate the ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently, be punctual and reliable, and will show a high level of attention to detail.
* Have proven experience following written and verbal instructions.
