Main duties and responsibilities: To assist the Food & Beverage Operations Manager in the day to day running of all food & beverage outlets
To proactively support the Food & Beverage Operations Manager in the daily operation of the accountable outlets ensuring all guests & clients receive a polite, professional and efficient service.
To support the Food & Beverage Manager with all guest requirements, hotel product and service standards and current legislation are met.
To assist with implementing company standards, ensuring the highest level of customer service and care is demonstrated by the Food & Beverage Team, through living our promise of True Hospitality each and every day
Essential criteria: Previous experience in similar role – team leader / department supervisor
