The opportunity:
To work across a very high-profile government contract with plenty of heritage, as part of a large, newly formed Facilities Management team. Working on a day’s Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00 basis, supporting the contract with the statutory maintenance and reactive duties. The successful applicant should have experience of the following: Generators, UPS Systems, Pumps, Motors, AHU’s, FCU’s, Water Treatment, Fire Alarm & Sprinkler Testing, Emergency Lighting, BMS Operation and general HVAC, plumbing & fabric duties.
As a Multi-Skilled Engineer your responsibilities will include the following:
Planned and reactive maintenance to the following equipment:
Generators, UPS Systems, Pumps, Motors, AHU’s, FCU’s, Water Treatment, Fire Alarm & Sprinkler Testing, Emergency Lighting, BMS Operation and general HVAC, plumbing & fabric duties.
We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer who has the following skills and qualifications:
- City & Guilds Level 2 in a core trade (Electrical, Mechanical, Air Conditioning or Gas/Plumbing)
- At least 3 years’ experience of working within Building Services or Facilities Management
- Experience of working within the commercial or public sectors
