Electrical Fitter / Electrician

Salary: £15.6 – £18 per hour

My client are a designer and manufacturer of complex engineered products used in a wide variety of sectors.

Due to incredible growth, and a strong order book for at least the next two years. they are looking to add to their highly skilled assembly and build team by hiring an experienced Electrical Fitter.

Your role will be varied and involve both basic and advanced electrical engineering tasks, such as stripping, crimping, wiring and programming of ancillary equipment and products used in the assembly of the clients systems. You will work to strict SOP’s, and use electrical drawings to produce high quality and tested systems which are to the standards required for both internal, client and international compliance.

Ideally you will be apprentice or vocationally trained, or have at least 3 years experience in a similar role. A background in the wiring or assembly of electrical systems or machinery is required, along with the ability to read electrical drawings and work independently when needed.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday, 7am to 3.30pm, with an early finish on Friday.
