Fluent Spanish Inside Sales Executive

As part of our client’s EMEA Internal Sales Team, the successful candidate will play a key role in reaching out to and growing our customer base.

The role will report to the Sales Manager/ Supervisor in the Region with dotted line reporting to the relevant Territory Manager where applicable.

What We Offer:

• Basic Salary: £26,000Minimum with an industry leading, Uncapped Commission and Benefits package.

What You’ll Do:

• Achieve and where possible exceed agreed sales targets

• Ability to understand and communicate a full solution product set educating the customers in the process

• Timely follow up and thorough qualification of marketing and sales leads

• Manage designated opportunities from lead to close, including order processing, approved by sales management

• Respond/ Follow up warm sales lead provided by the business

• Following up CRM activity to increase conversion rates

• Participate in funnel meetings, as appropriate, as well as planning and delivery of sections of the annual territory and account plans

• Keep up with product training and new offerings as well as latest value proposition

What We Seek:

• Fluent in additional European language would be highly desirable

• Successful track record in sales and winning new business

• Experience in a sales/goal-oriented environment

• Listening, probing, written and phone skills

• Thoroughly familiar with the use of spreadsheets, word processors and the internet

• Ability to work well both autonomously and within a team environment
