Multi skilled Warehouse & FLT Operative

(you need to have 3 FLT licences for Reach, Counterbalance and PPT along with HLOP experience for this role)

£26,000 per yearour plus overtime

We are urgently looking for a number of new warehouse operatives with valid licences for Reach, Counterbalance, PPT and ideally HLOP (High Level Order Picker) trucks, for one of our key clients in Rugby.

This is a full time, long term role working within an extremely well established client who handle the distribution of commercial car parts to customers all over the UK.

Suitable candidates will be expected to perform the following duties:

· Picking, packing and processing orders that come in daily.

· Securely packing products onto pallets ready for dispatch.

· Loading vehicles safety using the various forklift trucks.

· Moving products around the warehouse using different forklift trucks.

· Scanning products and allocating stock to the correct location.

· Updating the computer systems with details of stock, quality and destination.

· Other general warehouse duties that you can be asked to perform.

This role will involve the successful candidate working rotating late and early shifts within the warehouse with occasional Saturday work involved.

The successful candidate will be offered an extremely attractive rate of pay, generous overtime arrangements and access to quarterly bonus systems designed to reward hard work.

Whilst this is a very popular role we are asking for candidates that the following skills:

· Valid and recognised UK licences for Reach, Counterbalance, PPT and ideally HLOP trucks… The first 3 licences are essential.

· A solid background working within different sections of a busy warehouse unit.

· Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken English).

· Good computer skills.

· A strong understanding of health & safety.

· Experience working within a fast paced working environment.

· Ability to commit to rotating shifts.

· A confident person who can work on their own initiative.
