Bookkeeper

Salary: £26,000 – £30,420 per year

Our client is seeking an experienced part time bookkeeper for approx 28 hours a week 

Duties include:-

Quarterly VAT return submissions – experience essential

Monthly CIS submissions – experience essential

Preparing of timesheets/prepping payroll

Purchase ledger

Sales ledger

Project Accounting

Management reporting

Bank Reconciliation

Assisting with subsidiary companies

Supporting external accountant with month-end and year-end

General business Support

Data Entry

Liaising with customers / suppliers

Xero accounts experience if possible

Excel & Word experience – intermediate to advanced

Fast pace office environment

Good sense of humour
